Local pick-up
Local Pick-Up is FREE!
Please choose the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. You will be notified via email/SMS once your package arrives in the store with an email to inform pick up.
Once you’ve received the ready for pick up email, please bring your ready pick up email or order confirmation with you and a photo I.D. to pick up your order at our store in Markham, Ontario.

Pick Up Schedule:
Tuesday to Sunday usually open from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm (excluded public holidays)
If an item is needed urgently, please contact us to arrange the preferred schedule to pick up.
- Color of actual product may be slightly different due to monitor or lighting issues.
- All products weight on website includes packaging and other variables for shipping. It is not the product-only weight.

Below are the shipping fees for different options and destinations. Please, refer to your post-purchase confirmation email with a tracking number for a most up-to-date information. However, all the K-pop items are EXCLUDED from any of those shipping cost. For K-pop items, please see the delivery cost at check-out, thanks!

Processing times are not included in shipping ETA and range within 1-2 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping times).
Oversized item shipping fees are reflected in the product price. See product page for specific details. Currency is adjusted for international orders.
Delivery Times
Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:
- COVID-19
- Shipping company's processing times
- Custom examination (when bound outside Canada)
- Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events
For a more accurate delivery times, please refer to the post-purchase email that will include tracking number for your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you. If the tracking number is absent from your confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Policies
- Korean Corner Canada is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All our policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.
- Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
- For US customers, duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or custom charges at delivery.
- Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as Korean Corner Canada is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.
